Uintas Conditions 2018

That will be gone monday. I wish it was more. Time to SKI!
I think it's supposed to just kind of snow for the next week or so; I wouldn't be too sure that it'll melt off, especially given the low temps forecasted.

Just hoping for enough to get the fires handled followed by a little warm up. Wouldn’t mind a couple more late season hikes before we close out the year.

Just came over Bald Mtn Pass. Only a little snow left.

But definitely some up higher...

I'm all packed up to camp this weekend and debating heading up to the Uintas to get an early taste of winter. Looks like Saturday night could actually bring measurable snow up there. Does anyone know if they plow if it accumulates before the seasonal road closure?

I’m pretty sure they do except only during the day.

Any update on the conditions last weekend? I am planning on heading up this weekend. I know there will be snow, but how much snow, at what elevations, etc. Right now our plan is to hike to Cuberant, but being over 10,000 feet that might prove to be a risky maneuver.
