Osprey Repair

Yesterday I sent my 2012 Atmos 50 in for repair and now I wait two weeks for it come back. I should of taken some photos of it before I sent it off but trust me when I say it was pretty beat up. I had about 8 holes on the back mesh and about 4" of frame was exposed on each side on where the pack met my hips.

Has anyone else taken advantage of the Osprey "All Mighty Guarantee"?

What's the stipulation for getting warranty repairs? I got the Stratos 24 for a day pack (which I just LOVED), but I ripped some holes in the mesh pockets in a slot canyon... I was going to let it get beat up a bit more before checking out the warranty.

I filled out the form on the website, sent it in, and within a week I had a brand spanking new pack in my hands.
