Guess the spot: Utah Edition

I know I've seen this outcropping before but can't for the life of me remember where it is.
 
I'm going to see if I can guess @Udink 's before he posts it:

Looking down on a Fremont pithouse somewhere south of Price while barely balancing on a cliff beneath mysterious Barrier rock art while pulling a geocache out from under an arrowhead, all while bowling and reading about the history of Death Valley and posting photos to Google Earth of his runaway ATV. Am I close? ;)

Hahah...

I would have been fine with Nick taking it (I didn't mean for my post to be a serious "guess"), but I've got a photo ready, so...here goes. I think this should be pretty guessable, despite the lack of definition due to the fog.
