Guess the spot: Utah Edition

Tombstone Rock (the one by Dubinky, not the base jumper one on Kane Creek). The map refers to it as part of the Needles.

Well, I pre-guessed right the part about it being south of Price. :) And that's a cool photo.

Don't have many pics with me, and since this isn't a real easy guess, here's a hint:

This lake is purported to have a lake monster and the nearby town celebrates it each year.

Flathead lake also has a monster... but no annual celebration.
And it's not in Utah. :) But this celebration is kind of small, as it's a small town. Maybe a float or two in the parade that celebrates something even better, an edible fruit.

Well for sure... berries are best there, often in shakes. I also woke up to some views like this after late night escapades while at college. I was just helping narrow it down from Scotland and Bolivia.

@Ugly got it - Bear Lake, though I know you know where it is, @regehr with your tongue in cheek animal guess (I love tongue in cheek animals). :wavespin: (And you cracked me up...)

For those who don't know, they have a raspberry festival in Garden City with famous shakes and a float or two celebrating the Bear Lake Monster.

@regehr you better take it. Too many suburbanites watching Home alone or the Hallmark channel. My Internet is so slow it's driving me nutso. I'm not sure when I'll next get on. Maybe I'll go look at the moon.

Everyone's watching Corner Gas, well, all us pagan types, anyway...
