Hunh.... No idea. Interesting topography. I want to go drive those roads.
 
yes. i've always heard it referred to as gooding city of rocks. there is an other city of rocks in southern idaho almost on the border with utah.
 
@Udink is back! He is a master at this game. If it was the real city of rocks I'd have known it. Been there multiple times climbing. :)

'Nother hint: It's the "Little" version of the largest geographical feature in Utah.
