Bag Night Challenge 2018

Total: 6 Nights

Feb 1 | Bears Ears | 3 Nights
Mar 16 | San Rafael Swell | 1 Night
Mar 30 | Toroweap | 2 Nights

I spent two nights out at Toroweap with my wife this weekend. We had already spent a night in St. George and 4 nights in Las Vegas for a work conference so it was particularly nice to get away from all the hoopla for a bit. We also happened to run into @pixie1339 out there too! Great seeing you, Lisa!

Slickrock Creek is no joke in the summer, I'm not sure I'm man enough to attempt it in March :)

Looks like an awesome day on the Bald, I was thinking of a couple days in that area back in March, but ended up in the Smokies instead, thanks for showing me some of what I missed :)

Will is that the big alcove in halls creek like three or four bends in?

April 13 | Escalante Backpacking | 3 Nights

Should have gotten one more night for this trip but the snow and 50mph winds scared us out of car camping before hitting the trail. Still got in the full backpacking trip though; an incredible 35-mile point-to-point with @Artemus, @Jen and @neiloro. It felt so damn good to be living out of a backpack and sleeping on the ground.

I took my wife on her first river trip over the weekend. She was pretty nervous about it so we took it slow and floated the Colorado River through Ruby Horsethief over three days. It went very well.
