Pre-trip Preparation

food pics remind me of the time I did the shopping for a backpack at Whole Foods and the checker said something to me like "I didn't realize you could find that much junk food here"

That junk food is going to save my bacon. :)

Time out!

"Pre-trip Preparation" is redundant. "Trip Preparation" would be concise. Please make a note of it. :)

Noted. But redundancy is a good thing in my book. Besides, it distinguishes it from my post-trip preparations. :D I think I might be digging a deeper hole.

I figure even tho Im the old one on this...... ill be out front cause everyones packs are heavy and will slow their running down....

This is one of those trips were it doesn't pay to be point man, due to the wrath of the grizzlies. :)

Dooley's busy helping a pack of bears get ready for your trip. No idea what that entails that would require a mule.

Those bears are going to be thick as molasses back in there Skipper. What do you think they are up to?

They're working on a book on how to break into vehicles...and bear sacks. It's a big collaboration with some Yosemite bears.

ETA:I think you guys are part of their plans for the illustrations pages.

Is this like a coffee table book? Will I be seeing some royalties?

I dunno. Dooley handled all that part and you know how challenged mules can be with math and all. If it's an equation they can fit into how many knots needed to tie on a pack, they're good, if not, well...
