No, this isn't the road to the Trout Creek Dump, but you've got the right Park. I'd guess that you have crossed this before, though probably not in the spot the picture was taken.

No, not following the old stagecoach road on this one, though it does cross the plateau. This shot was taken southwest of the old road.
