If I were to slip on a wet rock and fall, breaking my wrist and tearing my TFCC, rolling down the drainage, would I end up in the Yellowstone River?

No - you would not. Other side of the continent actually.

All rivers out there go to the Yellowstone.....

Definitely some Snake River tributaries out there too. Continental Divide and all.
