I think it's like 450' if you did it as one. Most people rap down to a tiny ledge for the final 300' if I remember right. There's one I'm not sad to know I'll never do.

you got it @Nick , the canyon was I think Snake Alley or Sidewinder canyon and I went down it with friends during the summer. The picture was from a winter return trip in December.
 
Totally wild guess but my first thought was that it looks like the canyon coming down from Alice Lake in the Sawtooth Range.
