Thanks, it was a superbloom for that small area - May of 2010 - not Chesler, but it is close to a nat'l park but not actually in one - but you're in the right part of the state, kind of. Go north.

I have to thank @Artemus for the assist. He incorrectly guessed Untermann recently on another photo, and I had to look up my photos from that area to see whether he was right, so I remembered the rounded cap atop the peak.
