Guess the spot: Utah Edition

Someone want to post in lieu of Scott? I suspect he's out somewhere with no connection.

OK, I guess I'll post one to keep things rolling. What is the "mountain" in the background called?

Thanks - part of a small regional superbloom in 2010. The hills were alive with the sound of...bees.

nope. I think you would recognize this if you saw it from the more standard angle. I'm a little skewed from that. Go north.

no, this area once had good grass, back around the 1900s, and herds of sheep were run in the area. This mtn is named after one particular sheepherder...sort of, anyway. There's a backcountry airstrip nearby, and it's in a wilderness study area. That should tell you all you need to know...

Lambs Knoll
(I really have no idea, I'm just going off google maps, because grading end of term exams really sucks my brain dry right now).

Good guess, but no. @Reef&Ruins your own name is a hint. And good luck on the exams, at least you're not having to take them. That sucked my brain dry and I never recovered. :)

Go north, young man, way north.
