Those hints were crucial. Haha. I've spent the last 30 minutes reading about the McPherson Ranch and looking at Florence Creek. Very interesting area. Have you done much on the Uintah and Ouray reservation side of the Green out that way?

The cottonwoods are a hint of the water running through this canyon, but not its name. So far we have running water, not exactly in the Book Cliffs (but close), and the range in the distance has its own name (which I didn't even know until I looked at it on a map this morning).

i had to give it a shot. there're a lot of 'cottonwood canyon's out there

Certainly looks like the western side of Cap Reef near the highway. I almost wonder if it was from near the Gooseneck Overlook?

It is very near Capitol Reef, but what's being shown is just outside the western border, so you all are indeed very very warm.

Do you mean email notifications? The notifications on the site are still instant, right? If email, are you just not getting the email or is it coming after a long delay?
