Haven’t been out there, but I think you’re in the Burr Desert overlooking Dirty Devil. It sort of lines up in Google Earth.
Maybe this exposed adventure from Burr Point?

yep that's it -- the little saddle in the foreground is where you downclimb to reach the level lower level
 
The view didn't match any of mine from the overlook area, but the strata and general look of the canyon made me think of either Arch, or another nearby canyon.
Next up, probably really easy but I don't have time this morning to find something more challengng:
