Canaan Mountain looking down into Canaan Wash. My first thought was Castle Valley near Moab but I ruled that out pretty quickly 'cause the PJs weren't as dense there.

Yep! sorry for the late response on this one. Another name for this spot would be "The Notch" up on Canaan mountain.

This photo is roughly looking north. Slightly to the east though. Nebo would be north of here. But a long ways north.
