That’s a very good guess, though it’s not Burr Desert or next to the Dirty Devil River. It is very remote, it's another river and the area has been in the news recently.

Doubt I would have got it without the benefit of previous guesses and answers. It was a group effort @Titans.
I had to come up with something quickly as I'm heading out for the day. This might be dead easy, or maybe not...

I grabbed that photo in a hurry, thinking that it may well be too easy, but also possibly harder to guess as it is close by a popular "tourist" trail that many here might not bother with. The pic is from 2019- we had driven by the trailhead at least 20 times in the past, and only stopped to get in a short morning walk before continuing north on a driving and resupplying day. Beyond the arch it turned out to be an easy short hike to the crest of Comb Ridge, and we ended up spending a couple of hours exploring.

FWIW there is a dirt road coming from the north that follows the ridge here, not far below to the left.

We went there several years ago with some really dedicated archlovers!
Since a stream is flowing though it from time to time it's a.k.a. as Butler Wash Bridge
