Guess the spot: Utah Edition

I recognized it as Uintas as soon as you posted, but haven't been able to place it. Is it Murdock Basin, with Murdock Mountain to the right in the second photo?

Edit: pretty sure that's it, with Joan Lake in the first photo. I've never been to Murdock Basin myself.

Yep, that's it! I took these after leaving Mount Cardwell heading north toward the Wasatch County high point on the west slope of Murdock Mountain. Lots of crazy boulder-hopping on that route.

First hint is that this mountain is very visible from a high population area, but most people never hike it.

That looks like Everest Ridge. Though more than a few people do climb Timp.

I'm 99% sure I am right, and I stated it confidently...

The earlier complaint about someone showing a random canyon wall in guess the spot cracked me up.
So here is one with the BCP Nalgene swag.

It was actually Cascade Mountain, not Provo Peak. Haha. Provo Peak was behind me when taking that photo.

My fault for not jumping in on that to respond. I had a lot of notifications yesterday at one point when I checked, and I missed the one for this thread.

It is the entrance of Coyote Gulch where you go trough the crack and down the sanddune

It's in GSCE, use your imagination, i.e. to me the rock in the background looks like a sea lion.
because of its looks another arch is called Cobra Arch.
So look at the shape of the pieces of rock on the left of the picture, that is where the arch itself is attached to.
