Guess the spot: Utah Edition

Moving away from the sw corner of the state:
Guidebook Trivia:
"a wide, wonderful slickrock-floored canyon lined with ponderosa pines and a string of large potholes". This unnamed slickrock floored canyon drains into a major perennial stream canyon. Can you name the perennial stream canyon in the distance that this unnamed canyon flows into?

Holy cow, I thought it was my pic at first! This little summit had a scary crack to climb that I didn't like descending, but you don't have to top out to get this great view.

The only reason I knew where that one was is because I've been poking around in Google Earth near there lately, looking for something to do this weekend. Okay, let's move to another part of the state:

I'm mostly thinking about poking around in the Gulch, but I might just let the weather scare me away this weekend.

there's only like 2 or 3 lakes in the Uintas so this one should be easy!
It shouldn't be too difficult. :) Searching for this lake's name on this site yields five pages of results.

Ugh!!! I'm hoping it won't be too muddy to head into the San Rafael Desert on Friday.

If you're in the Gulch area definitely check out upper Egg Canyon, it's awesome.
