Looks like it's tough enough to need a hint. The tire tracks on the slickrock should make the general area obvious. The jeep trail pictured goes between two named "Buttes."

This is near Utah's most famous jeepin' redrock country. I think if I zoomed out any farther it would be ridiculously easy.

Neither one--think farther north. The "Buttes" part of my hint was a good one.

I didn't realize it either until just recently. A friend (Listorama, for those who know him) and I were talking about doing a hike from Sevenmile Canyon up to the buttes this spring and he sent me a link to his photos showing Jeeps and ATVs cruising between Monitor and Merrimac. Now I'd like to both hike up from Sevenmile and also drive my Jeep up there.
