It's funny -- that threw me off. I thought I recognized the road, but didn't recognize that parking area. Turns out I was right... but I still don't know what that parking area is.

But... no time to post a pic now so I'm officially sitting this one out.

The road itself should be a good hint--I'm not sure what that thing is in the lower-left. Here's a slightly wider view. I'm sure a lot of people here have traveled this highway a short distance northeast of here, though maybe not this particular stretch.
