Guess the spot: Maps Edition

All yours Ben.

This is in Idaho, but I’ve never been to this lake. I just like it’s name.

Potato Lake?

I'm having a bit of deja vu - did someone post this before? Is it in the White Clouds?

Is there really a Potato Lake? Lol. I did see a Bigfoot Lake, a Skookum Lake, and a Mary’s Frog Pond, all in that area.

This shouldn't be too hard. Kind of shook me up the first time I saw it, but not like it did some people.

Inspired by your post, @Rockskipper. Although only a few vestiges of a lake remain.

I guess it's less of a map and more of an image, but it's from Google Maps, so I'm counting it. Plus, the topo of the area wasn't quite as interesting, and maybe less recognizable.

Well done. It's in the news because it's part of the massive public lands bill passed by Congress last week (that also includes new Wilderness in Utah, California, etc). Cerro Uta will be newly designated Wilderness later today when Trump signs the bill and it becomes law. You're up!

You are being tricky, top of the photo is South. Ute Mtn in Northern NM. What was it in the news for?
