Guess the spot: Maps Edition

Mount of the Holy Cross

I had been to Tuhare lakes this summer and recognized the shapes of them . How about this lake? Not in Mississippi :)Screenshot (13)_LI.jpg

Can't put my finger on it. I guess the elevation fits, as does the lake nestled on the east side of a major north-south ridgeline. Steep terrain, but looks to be just one main ridge. That's all I got.

You mean you actually try to logically figure these things out instead of just winging it?

Respect. :)

That's the funnest part of the game- logical induction to get the right answer. I know, I'm a nerd.

*also, I haven't really been that many places so I have to rely on my reasoning to make up for my lack of experience.

I couldn't stay up with you night owls last night.
It was easy enough to figure out that the lake is in Colorado .
The Sangre De Cristo Range has plenty of interesting topography but if I was looking for this lake I wouldn't spend my time there.

Rockskipper has it . Good job. !!!
