it can't be. there's a river just coming out of a lake. and it's not the Payette or the Salmon. where does a river do that?
 
i assume it's one of those places in Wyoming i don't know. or those nether regions of Idaho/Montana.
 
I think treeline is too low for most anywhere in Wyoming. I'm thinking farther north.
 
I was up all night looking at nether regions on maps, and I'm on my third cup of mud and still can't see straight, but I'm back on it, well, after I go out for breakfast and a hike, maybe, unless O'Fool comes clean or LarryBoy figures it out, but not to worry, Ben, we're out here, going in circles, guessing...

Is it somewhere in the Ozarks? The Current River starts like that, kind of, though it's a small spring fed lake. :)

Thanks - I knew it all along. But don't say it's in Yellowstone - I spent half the night wandering around Yellowstone.
