Guess the Spot: Eastern US Edition

It's not Mansfield...that was up a few pics back. Camel's was mentioned, Ellen, Killington...perhaps I am wrong here but I think there is only one left just like those others! Someday maybe I'll complete the package with walks up Ellen and Killington, perhaps.

Bingo! Coming from Pennsylvania I moved to Burlington out of high school. I was in awe of those 4000 ft peaks. They were enormous to me and several had the mythical "alpine vegetation" found on so few New England summits.
Take it away, Titans.

Nice John! Well, that was a solid hint at the end :)

Next up, a photo from July 2016, I love this spot.

It looks like there is a bridge so I would guess Chesapeake Bay area... but that's mid-Atlantic.

It’s not a bridge in the distance... but you are on to something, keep going. But it’s in New England! Think, biking, beach, swimming....

Cape Cod? I see a lighthouse in the distance too ...

getting much closer, but not Cape Cod.
We did stop on our bikes at a lighthouse before reaching that particular spot, but the building in the distance is a house (with an exceptional view)!

Then maybe Martha’s Vinyard or Nantucket perhaps. Never been to those places so it’s a wild ass guess.

We have never been there either! But your guess is close (as the crow flies).... Here is the lighthouse we stopped by. Also there's a big clue 4 miles out in the horizon of the first photo.

Block Island?

That's it, well done- you are up @kwc
First photo is taken on the south side of the island. We biked from the ferry, via the Southeast lighthouse to an overlook at Black Rock Beach looking east towards Vaill Beach. In the horizon you see the first commercial off-shore wind-farm being build in the US (on a big screen you can see the 5 turbine project in the far distance). You can see them even better from the Southeast lighthouse area itself.
