Guess the Spot: Eastern US Edition

I'm using the shadow and your clues about Washington (out of view on left & 20 miles away) to try to guess. But the shadow of course is dependent on time of day. I'm guessing you'd be at the peak in the middle of the day, so the shadow's probably facing south(ish) so - if all this is correct - this peak is sort of west of Washington. Lafayette???
