Had plans to wander the woods this weekend, but now I'm thinking of changing plans, throwing my tent in my kayak, and getting on a river somewhere. Won't be the Colorado, but any free flowing river will do on short notice.

For any packrafting/river/paddling fans out there, I put this little edit together from this past Sunday - a fun and meteorlogically wild descent down a class III section of the Greys River in northwestern Wyoming.

Darpa's Atlas robot has come a long way. I think in a few years I could see being able to hire this guy to carry my climbing gear in to climb Musembeah Peak in the Windies.
