Four weeks down and two more weeks to go. The knee is still swollen and painful, though not as painful as it was after surgery, or even two weeks ago. I'm still not allowed to bend my knee more than 100 degrees, but I have been riding the stationary bike daily, usually somewhere between 30 and 50 minutes in the easiest gear which offers almost no resistance. I'm looking forward to being able to walk normally again.

Gotta get in shape fast..........I sent you all those routes to review and pick from......

It's amazing how fast I've gotten out of shape since the surgery. :(

You can bend and are free of the brace? those are good things. This prolonged good weather means you can crutch around without having to worry about ice or snow too.

We’re so far behind with photos! But we had a great time hiking in the desert with @SteveR and Jo. Followed by a great time with @Ugly and kids in Boulder! Followed by a great time hiking with our Oregon friends! And we also caught up with @desertvic at dinner at the Outfitters. Two very busy weeks!
