So much for being the first one up here...
Enjoyed some of the passes, too, though there was a bit of wind on occasion!
Also had some sweet campsites!
The "Men In Tights" experiment was shortlived, however....turns out UA Heatgear ones are not wind resistant at all

A heavy spoon mule train! I'm surprised they are all not leaning to their left. I know I was.

Speaking of Heavy Spoons, you can see how Hugh can barely hold his up (he might be using both hands); meanwhile @CajunPoncho is whimsically moving his titanium spoon about with a mere pinch of two fingers.

Definitely the heavy spoon blues in that picture. It's a good thing I'm holding on to it with two hands, otherwise it may have hit @CajunPoncho on his right knee which may have caused a severe limp for the rest of our trip.

Perfect weather Jackson - highs right around 60 and lows about 25, and sunny every day. I couldn't have asked for better conditions. Besides Moss, we also did a day hike to Gravel Lake to the north of our campsite.

I was thinking about that last weekend, how you guys were probably getting absolutely perfect conditions. Seems like weather like that is a real rarity for early October in the GYE.
Honestly was pretty decent when we went a few years ago too. Just 15-20 degrees colder plus a little old snow on the ground!
