Maybe a foot or so. Deeper in some places, I'm sure. The whole trail is nicely packed, so Microspikes made a world of difference.

Whoa! Whoa! Hold your horses. Let's get one thing straight, that is way beyond my artistic capabilities. That would require some kind of hand eye coordination or something to that effect. I'm just lucky that I can put one foot in front of the other at this point.
