Duuuuuude! I hate you! I was over at Priord Lake, shooting what I thought was a pretty decent sunset to the west with some wicked alpenglow on Yard Peak and The Cathedral. Then I look over my shoulder to the west and see this:



The very edge of the cloud bank you caught. Damn I wish that had been like 3 miles further east!

nick I am sorry... You totally missed out. Maybe it was mother nature being nice to me since just a few mins before this I almost went for a swim with my camera. I stepped into the water thinking it was the bottom, but it was mud and I looked like an idiot! Hope no one saw. I had to reach into the mess to get my sandal back too.

Awesome indeed. A long, one-way hike though, 10 miles one way in the trees.
