That view toward Lone Peak and the other down into Maybird are better than just about anywhere, imho.

Were you in the same group with a mountain goat named Justin?Snow not bad. We left the trailhead st 5am there was some new snow on top from earlier in the week. 4 members of the group went up before me and made a nice trail for me to follow.
Yes that's our line going straight up the bowl.
I agree the views were incredible. What s beautiful place. I now need to get up there and see how it looks in the summer or fall without the snow.

June 2017 got to hit Chipman Peak and take the Lightning Ridge to South Thunder Peak.
