I wish I had these temperatures, hate that warm Southern Utah climate with no winter.
I loved the -15F in Yellowstone
That -35 C would be close to -30 F, a world of difference from -15. Local xc ski area was -40 that morning, where C and F converge. Even if you can stay warm while xc skiing, without sweating or overheating, the glide is so poor at those temps that it is like skiing on sandpaper. Love the change of seasons too, but a week of -30 gets old, fast. I'm dreaming of the desert!

-30F, I had that a few years ago at Bryce Canyon. It was a great experience.
I have an internal furnace that works a bit too good, so I usually am in a vest and a light jacket when I x-country ski and it's about -10F or -15F.
I'm already dying here in the desert, it's January and 61F. It's so warm, I'm sweating and dripping.
I'm already dreaming of snow and cold temperatures again.
We need to swap places, I take your wonderful winter and you can sweat in the desert in winter. ;)

Of all the different fantastic views to be had, this is still one of my favorite views.

and what my son and I drove through to get there, and this was the not so bad part. My son took the pic.

I'm very happy for you and agree @Ugly - we recently hiked about 84 miles there and it never gets old.

Did you encounter a lot of ice on the shaded slick rock sections or ?

Yeah, ice was had in those shaded areas. On the Druid Arch canyon by one of the ladders there was a nice slick spot. Used spikes in a few places, but most of the time that we put on spikes it was more a safety first for my son and I.

Awesome snow crystal pix!
We returned home recently from a week managing the backcountry ski lodge at Campbell Icefield. I hardly took any pictures as the week was 98% overcast and snowy.
A rare moment of enough visibility to see some of the ski terrain, after being whited out on the above treeline slopes in the background:

One morning, an all too brief sucker hole allowed for a run in the alpine:

But, closed in as quickly as it had arrived:

The theme of the week- back up through the peaceful forest for yet another tree run:

Can't complain too much though- the untracked powder skiing was great!
