The weather has sucked over here. It feels like I haven't seen the sun in days. I did some practicing with the camera indoors today at the Cloisters, a twelfth century complex that was dismantled in Spain and reconstructed here in the 50's. It's a terribly creepy place but was perfect for learning how to deal with low light conditions. I did a terrible job dealing with the light last week so I gave it another shot today.
There were some creepy wooden chairs on this altar last week giving a nice focal point but unfortunately they weren't there today. I wish I could combine the composition I got last week with the camera settings I used today.
I have to pay more attention to standing centered on shots like this.
