I finally caught a few classic 20 inch cutthroat trout and some others on the south fork of the Snake River with a fly rod WITHOUT a drift boat and survived to tell the story.

Meadow Orchard, in the near of us. Lots of very old trees with apples, pears, plums. The blackberries are ready to eat now - yummy.

I never saw Creedence, but I did see The Who in 1973 when I was 15 at the San Diego Sports Arena, my Mom drove my girlfriend and I. I suffered minor hearing loss at that concert. A shot I got from our 3rd row seat:

I never have seen Creedence too. I was too young when they played in Europe. The Who in concerts - no luck. Wrong place or time.

Haha yeah, people give me shit about Lodi because of this song lol It is a good little town, on the verge of getting bad in the upcoming years though.

Well, now you also know that on 08.16, it was 111 degrees in Lodi, CA hehe!

Oh yeah, and we had this happen earlier this week. Lodi cops are strict (I mean...I guess like they should be lol) but responsive.

I believe he was still injured, when she pulled him up out and out of the way. I think his leg still got hit by the train. But yay, life saved!

A couple of weeks ago, spent some time on a lake. Smokey, but about as glassy as it gets. All you see is our wake.

Another Sunday in the Meadow Orchard. We walked around seven miles and had a great time.

The helicopter crew is out spraying fields (they come through this time of year every summer). Got a good show when they sprayed a field across the road from my place. They land the helicopter on a truck to refill with chemicals.
