LOL I did drop some NPS jargon on that one. To shorten park names they will take either the first four of a single word name (Yellowstone=YELL) or the first two of the first two for multi word names, like Organ Pipe Cactus National Monument=ORPI. So I knew it because I lead tours out there every week.

Interestingly, the origins of the name Quitobaquito are unknown.

I'll throw this up next. Hopefully the specific spot can be got.

Yep, that's the spot. It's the power station above Bridal Veil Falls above Telluride. I was a little surprised I got my little Jeep down there from Black Bear Pass last weekend.
