Is this a waterfall along the Snake River/Palisades Reservoir? I've seen a waterfall here in the winter time...

Good guess you are probably thinking of Fall Creek Falls in Swan Valley. This is not that area. It is a side waterfall near the Snake River. I am not sure this specific water fall has an actual name. Again it is on the road to the main attraction.

Its nickname is the Niagra of the West. Doesn't look like it in this photo but currently this week it is flowing with full force.
