Guess the spot

Let's jump from the beautiful walls of Spooky to an other slot. The view is UC.

Hint: Some BCPer where here. Really close. :)
This Slot is the access to an other Canyon and marked by a well visible cairn. For cayoneers a normal walk in for other ones maybe a little challenge how an author wrote about.

Lower Death Hollow is in the NW, Little Death Hollow in the SE. :)

Then it would be the lower part of Spencer canyon

Is this a waterfall along the Snake River/Palisades Reservoir? I've seen a waterfall here in the winter time...
