No, but I can see the resemblance. Both this place and Willow Springs Wash have similar Cretaceous rock layers.

I had this thread in mind when I took the photos, so tomorrow I'll post a wider shot that's likely to give it away. A hint: the rock formation in the photo is named on the USGS topo.
