Guess the spot: Utah Edition

I just spent 4 nights at Warner Lake. Oowah next time. Have you been to Warner?
Warner? You bet. I lived in Moab for 10 years and it's a really nice place to get away from the heat. Oowah's pretty, but way tighter in that there's not as much meadow around it. Lots of really nice blue iris everywhere at the right time of year. Did you see any bears? Lots in the La Sals.

I didn't like that I was among so many high peaks but they were hidden by trees. Next time it's Campsite #16 for me.

A bear was spotted there on August 5th but none since. We had our trash attacked by a racoon while we were sitting right there. It was a tug of war for the trash bag.

They're paving the entire main road now.
 
Well, better a tug of war with a raccoon than a bear, I guess. They're always looking for campground hosts there if you want to stay longer. :)

OK, here's one - some of you may love this place while others hate it. Me, I think it's an entertaining place to camp when just passing through - and my tire-biter dogs love it (big hint). Name the actual place, not just the area.

Yes, that's it. Not much to research, just a big dirtbike area. @Udink, you're up, and don't forget the name the map, since nobody else has got it. Hope you had a great time there, maybe a TR sometime?
 
WOW - is that up above Nine Mile someplace? Way cool! Actually, looking at the background, it looks more like past Cat Canyon or around Mounds.

Not too far from Nine Mile, actually.

Right next to a state highway, and near a county line.
 
Is it over by SH 124 and the Carbon Cty line? Not too far from E. Carbon?
No. I should have posted a better photo showing the surroundings, but I can't find one that I took, so here's a screenshot from Google Street View. The overhanging rock in the center is where the pictograph is.
