Maybe I remember it because I was not able to get down it the first time I encountered it! Eight years later I came back and had absolutely no trouble walking down it without hesitation.

Looks like the ramp down to Lewis Lodge, but you said it's not Cedar Mesa, and I would consider that location near the edge of Cedar Mesa?
