There are more than four canyons that make up Slickhorn. Rangers at Kane Creek number them up to Slickhorn 8, I believe, starting from the north end. But regardless, @Jackson takes this one. This is just above the confluence of Slickhorn and the ol Muddy in lowest Main Slickhorn.Kinda reminds me of the lower reaches of main Slickhorn.
It's from last November, actually. Probably more snow was on the ground then than now. It was a little tricky, but we got through that bit with no traction devices and minimal complications, fortunately and maybe surprisingly. Would've been rough without gloves to keep hands warm when grasping at snowy rocks though! Glad we had those.
