I don't want to derail the thread, but I find it very interesting that sometime in the last 15 years someone flipped this car from upside down to right-side up.

I think @Udink took it for a joyride. But are you sure it's the same car? It looks like it's closer to Mexican Mountain than the first.

Now you've got me questioning if it is a different car. I've spent way to long trying to spot landmarks between the two and there are no exact matches other that the description by Art that his photo was taken on the trail to the Lower Black Box/Swasey's Leap. Which is where I found this car.

You know, I think it's the same car - even has the same whitewall tires. It was probably the insurance adjuster who flipped it over. It takes them awhile to get around to things sometimes.
