Bingo, you got it. It's the winter solstice this weekend, the sun will be perfectly aligned with the tunnels and will rise through them on Saturday.

I figured out what the letters at the very bottom said and then concentrated my search there until I found it. Monument Valley area: Rain God Mesa, Spearhead Mesa, et al.
