welp, guess I made it too abstruse. The peak shares its (unofficial) name with a peak in O'Fool's last spot.
 
Looks like you're looking for dome peak then? I'm not up on unofficial names in the Uintas but Dome Peak shows in O'Fools map.

Indeed, Dome Peak! The guy who wrote the Utah Thirteeners book in the early '00s just made up a bunch of names for the unnamed peaks, adding massive confusion to the naming conventions. Plus the names kind of sucked - i.e. "Quandary Peak" for East Lovenia, even when there's already a popular fourteener by that name in Colorado.
 
After a little searching I did find the peak on Summit Post. Initially I thought it shared the name with the pass, then realized the elevations didn't match.

Edit: think I did that one before, going to post a new spot soon
