Unfortunately not. We were feeling too tired on the way out to add the extra 3 miles to hike up to it and back from it. I think it was a good call overall for me at least because carrying the pack up those scrambles in the northern part of the Syncline Valley and then the last few miles afterward really took it out of me.

They really are the best places to camp since their needles stifle all the undergrowth. And the trees smell so good and the wood burns so nicely for a camp fire. Jealous!
