Shouts to Mimulus eastwoodiae (Eastwood's monkeyflower)...one of the best around and missed by too many because crazy folks think they should spend the summers in the mountains instead of the canyons

I love Monkeyflowers!!! Still some in bloom in some areas in Zion.
And I do go on desert trips in 100+F

Wildflowers in the Red River Gorge (KY) from a couple different dayhikes

White Trillium opened up this week in the Redwood parks. It takes minimum 7 years from the seeds germinate till the plant has a flower like this.

Bumblebee group hug? Does anyone know what’s going on here? A newly opened White Trillium was covered in bumblebees.

@Titans I did not know that about Trilliums; we had them all over our property when I was a kid.

The Joshua trees were blooming near Moapa Peak 2 weeks ago.

The Grand Canyon is in bloom (Tonto trail).

The flowers start to show up. No cacti in bloom yet in Southern Utah but it's coming.
