Due to flooding in prior year or years I guess, but it looks relatively fresh. Below is driftwood trees on the western coast of Newfoundland, looks like bones.

Ancient Bristlecone Pine Forest. It is at over 10,000 ft and there are living trees that are 3-4000 years old. Not the one in the foreground, though!

A gnarled old Rocky Mountain Juniper below Temple Mountain

Two weeks ago I had a giant Pinon Pine. Yesterday we saw this monster of a Juniper in Gifford Canyon.
