Titcomb Basin, Fremont Peak, Indian Basin, Knifepoint Glacier, & Island Lake

Nice video! Bummer about not being able to hike the route as you planned. But I bet it was nice to be able to explore Titcomb and Indian Basin more. I didn't have time to do so when I was there. As for the fishing license, I've been in your shoes many times... spent the big bucks on those out-of-state licenses and then catch nothing.
Thanks! It was a bummer that we couldn't get into the Alpine Lakes area, and complete our loop through Wall lake. Honestly, I think my friend would have tried if I hadn't talked him out of it. I didn't want to get that deep in the winds and have worse things happen.

yeah... those pesky fish haha.

Great video Blake! I love the shot at 7:10 and enjoyed hearing you talk about your son. In fact the whole narration was really cool to hear and really went well with all of the great visuals. Nice job.

Thanks @Vegan.Hiker :)

I think I want to start doing more on-the-spot narration for my videos. I am learning for myself that I kinda like the audio/visual "journal". Personally, I think it captures the emotion and feelings in the moment, which is nice to have when I go back and revisit my trips via my pics and videos.

What an incredible trip, thank you for the awesome report Blake! Me and 3 friends are planning to do roughly the same route Sept 3-8 and I was just wondering if there was any particular gear that you found yourself loving or finding completely not needed on your trip ( in the main interest in keeping the pack weight down). As you clearly geek out on the details (your awesome meal plan) do you happen to have a gear list that you wouldn't mind sharing for this trip. Thank you again for your inspiring & thorough contributions to this site!
Cheers, Kyle

It was fun! Almost as fun as this years trip LOL. TR to come :)

Here is a picture of my gear list for last year :) It isn't anything super-duper light, but it worked well for me :)
