we did not have any snow in weeks. Two snow days, that's all. Super pissed about the lack of snow.

It's already so freaking hot down here, way too much.

Maybe I will take some sunset pics again tonight, but I keep taking a long time between posts. This came up on my desktop today. We do not have a golden hour thread?? but this golden hour gave way to a good sunset too.

Sat for a while in the sun near camp, since it was barely above 30d in the sun.

Such a magical place! Love that area and those sunset photos are amazing.
Every single time we go, we have clouds like that early evening.... but then we have to run back to the TH before dark. Need to camp there!

Pretty nice sunset today. However bad things get, Nebraska has lots of great sunrises and sunsets (and great skies in general) to cheer me up.

From my cousin's wedding in Austin,Texas last fall. The horizon extends forever but boy does it get hot!!
