Northern Section of the Toiyabe Crest Trail - June 15, 2019

I'm planning on taking lots of pictures. Anything in particular you want a picture of while I'm back in there? I will be taking my Canon Rebel Xi with me. I was canoeing the east shore of the lake eleven years ago and on our first break from paddling on the first day, I stood up and it fell out of my chest case and into the lake. I was crushed! It kind of put a damper on the rest of the trip. Well after a year of drying out, it started to work again and I occasionally take it with me now on some hikes, though I usually use my EOS M now. I just need to remember to zip up the chest case all the way.

It might take me a few weeks to get the report up though. Once I get back to town from the trip, I've got to turn around and take my daughter up to Portland where she will be starting her Freshman year at Lewis and Clark College.

No specific photos, it just sounded like a really cool trip when you mentioned it before. Keep the camera dry

I have never seen an eagle in the wild, now I know where to go Oh wait...lied, yes I have...but I would like to see one again with my camera handy.
